We are a non-profit property owner’s association (POA). The POA exists to help ensure property values and neighborhood remain attractive. We maintain common areas and review plans for new construction and homeowner improvements.

We collect annual dues and provide title companies with resale certificates when homes are sold. We currently do not charge for resale certificates. Homeowners pay their POA dues once a year.
